An App Item is an entry in an App, which stores the data that users enter in a defined set of fields.
All the app items are displayed on the app page.
There are three types of app item page:
Creation page - opens when you click on the app item creation button. To create an item, fill out the form fields.
View page - opens when you click an item name on the app page. It displays all the data, stored in the item.
Editing page - opens when you click on the app item editing button. On this page, you can change the values in the fields.
The pages are configured when adding a new or editing an existing app. By default, all the three page types look the same. However, in the advanced mode, you can create different pages for creating, viewing and editing an app item.
In the access settings, you can specify which users can create, view and/or edit app items.
There are two ways to create an app item:
1. On an app page, in the upper right corner, click %+Item Name%.
On the opened item creation page, fill out the fields and click Save.

To view an app item, click on its name.
A view page will open, consisting of two areas: on the left - the item fields, on the right - the item side panel.The data in the fields on the left is specified when creating an app item. The side panel can display the following information:
- Status - if statuses are configured in the app.
- Tasks - if the app is involved in business processes.
Activity Stream - displayed in any case. It allows quickly discussing matters on this item.
If you need to change the data, stored in an app item, open its view page and click Edit in the bottom left corner.
An item editing page will open. Make the changes and click Save.
The app item information will be updated.
